WELCOME to Tromsø, home of the midnight sun and the northern lights. Upon arrival, your transfer to the hotel in the city center awaits you. The journey is approximately 5 km.
INCLUDED: PANORAMIC ARCTIC VIEWS: TROMSØ CABLE CAR AND MOUNT STORSTEINEN, WITH TRANSFERS
19:30. Meeting with the driver and guide in the hotel lobby to depart for the Tromsø cable car. After a short ride, we will arrive at the lower station of the Fjellheisen cable car, ready to ascend to the picturesque peak of Mount Storsteinen. You will enjoy breathtaking views as you reach the top in the blink of an eye. Join us on the famous Tromsø cable car to enjoy unparalleled views of Tromsø’s islands, fjords, and mountains. This is also the perfect place to see the famous northern lights. The Fjellheisen was built in 1961 by Brødrene Jakobsens Rederi, a shipping company that operated extensively with polar hunting, fishing, and expeditions in the Arctic and Antarctic. The Fjellheisen cable car runs from Solliveien, in Tromsdalen, to Mount Storsteinen. The lower station is located on the mainland of Tromsø, 50 meters above sea level. The upper station, Fjellstua, is at 421 meters above sea level. The journey takes four minutes.

Breakfast.
INCLUDED: HUSKY SAFARI AND ARCTIC TRADITION
Start time: 10:00 to 11:00 to be confirmed
Includes: Transfers to and from Tromsø, English-speaking guide, hot drinks (tea/coffee), traditional Norwegian snack, thermal suit, boots, and gloves.
Join this authentic experience north of the Arctic Circle. We begin with a scenic one-hour bus ride from Tromsø. After meeting your enthusiastic team of huskies at the camp and receiving warm clothing and boots, you will learn how to safely handle a sled and then head out into the snowy landscape. You will drive in pairs, taking turns as driver and passenger, covering 3 to 4 kilometers in 30 to 40 minutes (depending on weather and snow conditions). Dog sledding is an authentic and exciting way to connect with nature, powered by the energy of the Arctic’s most loyal animals. But this visit is much more than just a sled ride. You will also get a close look at how the dogs are cared for throughout the year, including how activity is balanced with rest (with weekly stays at a secondary camp for relaxation), how proper nutrition is ensured, and how each dog's physical and mental well-being is supported. Between activities, you will enjoy time in a warm and cozy cabin to have coffee and taste a traditional Norwegian snack. Here, we will share stories about life in the Arctic, from extreme changes in weather and light throughout the seasons, to the rich traditions of Sami culture and the deep connection between people, animals, and nature in the North. This is a journey into the heart of the Arctic: not only to see it, but to truly feel it.
Return to the hotel. Evening at leisure to enjoy optional activities. Accommodation.
