WELCOME to Tromsø, home of the Northern Lights.
On arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel via the regular Flybussen service. As you leave the airport, you’ll find your luggage, and your bus (Airport Express) will be waiting just outside the terminal. The journey to your hotel is approximately 5 km. Please ensure you have your voucher ready to show to the driver.

In no time at all, you’ll be at the lower station of the Fjellheisen cable car, ready to ascend to the picturesque peak of Mount Storsteinen! You’ll enjoy breathtaking views as you reach the summit in the blink of an eye. Join us on Tromsø’s famous cable car to enjoy unrivalled views of Tromsø’s islands, fjords and mountains. This is also the perfect spot to see the famous Northern Lights. The Fjellheisen was built in 1961 by Brødrene Jakobsens Rederi, a shipping company that was heavily involved in polar hunting, fishing and expeditions in the Arctic and Antarctic. The Fjellheisen cable car runs from Solliveien, in Tromsdalen, up to Storsteinen mountain. The lower station is located on the mainland in Tromsø, 50 metres above sea level. The upper station, Fjellstua, is 421 metres above sea level. The journey takes four minutes.

After breakfast, you will meet your Spanish-speaking guide in the reception area at 10 am. A 2–3-hour panoramic tour to discover the historic charms of Tromsø, a city steeped in Sámi traditions. Tromsø has a rich, colourful and long history, but its polar history adds a fascinating dimension. We’ll take a historical tour of the city, immersing ourselves in its cultural heritage and marvelling at all the great figures who have called Tromsø home. We’ll visit the Arctic Cathedral, Tromsø Cathedral and stroll through colourful streets lined with venerable wooden houses and cosy, secluded cafés.
On this excursion to Kvaløya Fjord from Tromsø, we’ll enjoy the breathtaking scenery offered by one of Norway’s largest islands. Nature at its finest!
At the appointed time, we’ll set off from Tromsø. Aboard a comfortable minibus, we’ll head to Norway’s fifth-largest island. Let our excursion to Kvaløya Fjord begin!
Situated between Tromsø and the Norwegian Sea, the island of Kvaløya boasts scenery that leaves all its visitors breathless. Imposing peaks, picturesque fishing villages and unique Arctic flora and fauna. We’ll stop at Kvaløya Fjord, one of the most breathtaking in the country. After taking some incredible photographs of this stunning spot, we’ll return to Tromsø to explore its main attractions
In the evening, we recommend an optional reindeer experience at a Northern Lights viewing camp.

Breakfast at the hotel. This morning, we’ll travel by private coach to Narvik, a charming town nestled amongst spectacular fjords and mountains. Arrival in Narvik. Check-in and perhaps some free time to visit the Narvik War Museum before we set off on our evening train tour. At 18:20, we’ll get ready to head to the railway station and board the legendary Northern Lights train, which will take us along the historic Ofoten Railway. This incredible journey will allow us to lose ourselves in the vastness of the Arctic night, following the path of the dark skies to maximise our chances of witnessing the Northern Lights. After a brief stop at Bjørnfjell station on the Swedish border, we’ll continue to Katterat station, where we’ll disembark for a total immersion in the Arctic night. We’ll gather round a cosy outdoor bonfire to enjoy delicious hot drinks and freshly baked pastries, whilst waiting to witness the sublime natural spectacle of the Northern Lights. At 10 pm, we board the train back to Narvik. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station to board the 10.25 am train from Narvik to Kiruna on board an authentic train that will take us from Norway to Sweden. Your luggage will be transported by our private coach so that you can enjoy the train journey to the full. This is the train most commonly used by Norwegians and Swedes to reach the town of Kiruna. Join a night-time excursion to hidden corners of the wilderness: far from the intrusive electric lights of human civilisation, the conditions for capturing the Northern Lights are ideal. Whilst we wait for the aurora to make its appearance in the night sky, your guide will explain the basics.

Breakfast at the hotel. Today we’ll take a trip to Jukkasjärvi (20 km, 30 minutes). We’ll continue on to the world’s first and largest ice hotel, made of snow and ice. The ‘Icehotel’ has been held every year for the past three decades. You’ll be able to admire the grandeur of this extraordinary structure, where renowned artists carve the ice into different themes. Lunch included. Return to the hotel. In the afternoon and evening, there’s free time to explore the surrounding area or make the most of the hotel’s facilities.

Today we’ll be travelling to Rovaniemi to stay in a wonderful igloo at the Apukka Resort, situated on the outskirts of Rovaniemi, right on the border where civilisation ends and the Arctic wilderness begins. A magnificent winter experience awaits you on a 3 km husky dog sled ride. The musher will welcome you at the resort reception and accompany you to the kennels, where the Alaskan huskies will greet you enthusiastically. They will also show you how to drive your own sledge. You’re now ready to set off and enjoy the great outdoors and the tranquillity as the huskies race along the winter trails on an unforgettable journey. After the ride, we’ll return to the kennels to enjoy hot drinks around the campfire whilst listening to stories about the huskies.

Santa Claus Express Night Train Rovaniemi – Helsinki: Single-deck carriage with private shower & toilet
At the specified time, we will make our way to the railway station to board the famous Santa Claus Express. This double-decker train offers a unique experience in northern Finland. Departure at 21:00 on 02/03/27. Overnight on board. Arrival in Helsinki in the morning.

Arrival in Helsinki at approximately 9.30 am. Once in the city, we will set off on a private coach tour of the Finnish capital – a three-hour panoramic tour designed to showcase the elegance, history and architecture of the so-called ‘White City of the North’. During the tour, we’ll see some of its most iconic landmarks, such as Senate Square, Helsinki Lutheran Cathedral (exterior), Uspenski Cathedral, the Sibelius Monument, the Olympic Stadium, the Opera House and Temppeliaukio Church, known as the Rock Church (exterior), one of the city’s most unique architectural masterpieces.
